Terms of Use
Last updated: 3 November 2026
These terms govern your use of the Jumpa app and website, operated by {{LEGAL_ENTITY}} ({{COUNTRY}}). Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the iOS app.
What Jumpa does
Jumpa transfers photos and videos from your iPhone to your computer through your browser, checks that they arrived intact, and, only if you choose, lets you delete the originals from your iPhone.
Free transfers and Lifetime Access
- You get 3 free successful transfer sessions. A session is one connection between your iPhone and your computer, and you can send several batches of files during it. It counts when its first batch finishes without being cancelled and every selected file is verified. Number of files, number of batches and file size do not use extra credits.
- Lifetime Access is a one-time payment (no subscription) that unlocks unlimited transfers for as long as the app is offered and supported. It does not guarantee any particular future feature or third-party service.
- Payment, refunds and restoring purchases are handled by Apple. You can restore on any device signed in with the same Apple ID.
Your responsibility for your files
- Transfers depend on your network, devices, browser and storage space and may fail or be interrupted. We do not promise that every transfer will complete, or that it works on every network (for example, some guest Wi-Fi, VPN or corporate networks block direct connections).
- Keep the app open and your iPhone unlocked during a transfer.
- Deleting is optional, never automatic, and always needs your separate confirmation. Once you confirm, the deletion is performed by iOS; items may stay in "Recently Deleted" for a limited time, and with iCloud Photos they may also be removed from your other devices. Keep your own backup of anything important.
- Only transfer content you have the right to copy.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse, overload, reverse engineer or attempt to disrupt the connection service, or use it for unlawful activity. We may rate-limit or block abusive use.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for data loss arising from interrupted transfers, device or browser behaviour, or deletions you confirmed. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
Changes, law and contact
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of {{COUNTRY}}, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country. Contact: support@jumpaapp.com.
